Code of Ethics
In all of our business dealings, Oakville Psychotherapist is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity. This code of ethics was put in place to help our workers and contractors conduct business in a way that is morally and legally righteous.
Sustainability
We are dedicated to operating our company in a sustainable and moral manner. We take into account the effects that our choices and actions will have on the environment, society, and economy. Our goal is to make more positive contributions to society while reducing our negative effects.
Our commitment to conducting business in an ethical, responsible, and legal manner is demonstrated by these guiding principles, which serve as the foundation for everything we do. One’s employment or business partnership could be terminated as punishment for violating this code, among other consequences.
Inclusion and Diversity
We respect inclusivity and diversity in our workforce as well as in our business partners. We appreciate and honor the distinctions between individuals, groups, and perspectives. Any kind of harassment, bullying, or discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics—such as age, disability, gender identity, race, religion, or sexual orientation—is not acceptable to us.
Guarding Business Assets
We make sure that the company’s resources and assets are used sensibly, morally, and only for proper business needs.
Obedience to Laws
We ensure that our workers and contractors abide by the laws that are relevant to our business, and we comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients, associates, and partners in business, and we only share such information with them or as mandated by law.
Disputes Related to Interest
We steer clear of circumstances in which our obligations to provide unbiased services or our own financial or personal interests collide with those of other people. Any known or possible conflicts of interest are disclosed by both employees and contractors.
Sincerity and Equity
We always act honorably and truthfully when interacting with clients, staff members, and business associates. We don’t make up claims or distort the caliber of our offerings. We don’t behave unfairly or dishonestly.
